General Rules:
- Officials reserve the right to reject entry or deny any individual from participating for any reason at any time.
- Before any driver will be allowed to pull, they must register, pay all fees, and sign all required waivers.
- Children under the age of 18 require a parent or legal guardian to register.
- Before any tractor will be allowed to pull, it must be inspected by a SHS official to determine the class of the tractor and verify that it meets all rules and requirements for that class. Tractors that do not fit into a current SHS class may be able to pull in the exhibition round given that all safety requirements are met. (Please arrive 1 hour early to pull if your tractor needs to be inspected)
- Once tractor has been approved, it is the owner’s responsibility to inform SHS officials of any changes made to tractor that will affect safety or performance
- A tractor can only enter in one class per event.
- Any class may be dropped if there are less than 3 tractors registered for that class. These tractors may be able to pull in the exhibition round.
- Only one driver per tractor per event.
- All tractors and drivers must weigh-in for each class. All tractors are required to re-weigh and have drawbars checked with SHS official measuring tool immediately following final pull in each class with a SHS official present. “Tech-out” must be performed or tractor will be disqualified.
- By registering, you agree to the right for SHS officials to impound, dis-assemble and inspect your tractor for rule violations. Violations can result in being banned for the season or permanently.
- Tractor order for each class line-up will be decided randomly or by poker chips.
- Official’s decisions will be final on any point of controversy.
